aquaform Srl undertakes to process personal data relating to the Customer’s end users in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations and the following: (a) in relation to personal data provided in connection with the sales and use activities of www.aquaformsrl.fr, Privacy Policy at https://www.aquaformsrl.fr/privacy; (b) in relation to any personal information of European Union residents processed in connection with the Services, the Data Processing Agreement at https://www.aquaformsrl.fr/privacy (“European Union General Data Protection Regulation Terms”). The Customer agrees to provide any notification and obtain any consent necessary for aquaform Srl to access and process personal and other data as specified in this Agreement.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address and/or relative contact data, which is necessary to reply to requests and in any case inherent to aquaform Srl’s business purposes. The same applies to the compilation of any contact forms on the site, whose data entered are only those necessary for business purposes between companies.

They also have the right to oppose or request the revocation of their consent to the processing of their data and to request their portability (if applicable), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.

COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA

No data from the web service is disclosed to third parties, except as provided for:

1- For personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material, catalogues or other, used solely for the purpose of performing the service or provision requested and communicated to third parties only where this is necessary for that purpose (postal service, electronic mail, etc.).
